SLOW COOKER TOMATO SAUSAGES AND BEANS

1 diced brown onion 1/2 capsicum diced 1 tin of rinsed, red kidney beans 8 sausages, cut into smaller pieces 1 tin crushed tomatoes 1-2 cups chicken stock or water 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1/2 tablespoon paprika 2 teaspoons mixed herbs Salt and pepper 1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, mix gently. When deciding how .ugh water/stock you need to use, use enough to just cover the other ingredients. 2. Cook on high for 4 hours and serve with some rice.
