RASPBERRY, BANANA AND OAT MUFFINS

These muffins are dairy and egg free, I also made mine using gluten free flour 😊 2 large ripe mashed bananas 3/4 cup sugar (I used raw sugar in these) 1/3 cup oil 2 cups plain flour (or gluten free) 1/2 cup oats 3/4 teaspoon bicarbonate soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup raspberries (I used frozen berries) 1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. 2. Whisk together mashed banana, sugar and oil. 3. Add the flour, oats, bicarb soda, baking powder and salt. 4. Mix through berries and spoon mixture into a lined muffin tray. 5. Cook for 20 minutes and cool.
