CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

40g melter butter 2 tablespoons water 1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1. Combine butter, water and vanilla in a mug. 2. Stir in flour, sugar and cocoa powder. 3. Cook in the microwave for 60-75 seconds. Cooking for 60 seconds will result in a soft gooey centre. DAIRY AND GLUTEN FREE VERSION 40g melter nuttelex 2 tablespoons water 1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/3 cup gluten free flour 1/4 cup raw sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1. Combine butter, water and vanilla in a mug. 2. Stir in flour, sugar and cocoa powder. 3. Cook in the microwave for 60-75 seconds.
