CHEESYMITE SCROLLS

2 cups self raising flour 60g butter (can use dairy free spread) 3/4 cup milk (can use soy milk) 1 1/2 cups grated cheese (can use lactose free) 2 tablespoons Vegemite 1. Sift flour into a bowl, then add butter and rub in with fingertips. Add milk and combine using a spatula. 2. Kneed dough on a floured surface until smooth, then roll out into a rectangle. 3. Spread Vegemite on dough and sprinkle with cheese. 4. Roll up and cut into smaller sections, before placing on a greased baking tray. 5. Bake for 20 minutes in a 200 degree preheated over.
