60 SECOND LEMON MUG CAKE

40g melter butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon of water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1. Combine butter, lemon juice, water and vanilla in a mug. 2. Stir in flour, sugar and lemon rind. 3. Cook in the microwave for 60 seconds. DAIRY, EGG AND GLUTEN FREE VERSION 40g melter nuttelex 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon water 1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/3 cup gluten free flour 1/4 cup raw sugar 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1. Combine nuttelex, lemon, water and vanilla in a mug. 2. Stir in flour, sugar and lemon rind. 3. Cook in the microwave for 60 seconds.
