VEGAN BANANA BREAD

4 medium sized bananas 1/2 cup raw sugar 1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence pinch of salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 1/2 cups plain gluten free flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Mash bananas and sugar together. 3. Mix in oil, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. 4. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix together. 5. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted. 6. leave to cool for ten minutes then remove from tin, remove baking paper and leave to rest on a cooling rack.
