STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE IN WHITE CHOCOLATE BASKETS

1 block melted white chocolate 1 tub cream cheese 1/4 cup cream 1/4 cup caster sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 50g melted milk chocolate Thinly sliced strawberries 1. Pour 2 tablespoons of the melted white chocolate into a nonstick silicon cupcake tray. Repeat this with remains chocolate. Tilt the tray until the melted chocolate forms a little basket and coats the sides, then chill. 2. Beat cream cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla and melted chocolate together until smooth and creamy. 3. Carefully remove white chocolate baskets from the tray and place on a cool plate. Place some sliced strawberries in the bottom and top with cheesecake filling. 4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy.
