SIMPLE TOP DECK FUDGE

2 tins condensed milk 3 cups milk chocolate 3 cups white chocolate 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoons vanilla essence 1. Combine 1 tin of condensed milk with milk chocolate and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a saucepan, over a medium heat. Mix until smooth and creamy. Take off heat and mix in 2 teaspoons of vanilla. 2. Pour the mixture into a lined and greased slice tin. 3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 using the other tin, white chocolate, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2teaspoons vanilla. 4. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, then cut into small cubes (keep it small or you'll be on a sugar high) and return to fridge.
