ROASTED CHICKPEAS

1 can chickpeas drained, rinsed and pat dry 1-2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper Paprika Cajun pepper 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 2. In a bowl coat chickpeas with oil, salt, pepper, paprika and Cajun pepper. 3. Spread out on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes. Note: You can make a sweet version of the roasted chickpeas using cinnamon and brown sugar.
