HOMEMADE TOASTED MUESLI AND YOGHURT

You can add any extras you want, I've just used what was in the cupboard at the time.

2 cups of rolled oats 1/2 cup of slivered almonds 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut 1/2 cup of honey 1/2 cup of dried fruit 1 teaspoon cinnamon yoghurt to serve (I've used lactose free yoghurt) METHOD 1. Combine oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon and honey in a bowl. 2. Spread mixture out on a lined baking tray and toast for 15 minutes in a 150 degree preheated oven. 3. Mix occasionally, so the top layer does not burn. 4. Add dried fruit and serve with yoghurt.
