BANANA AND CINNAMON OATS WITH HONEY

½ cup oats 1 ½ cups water 1 banana 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of honey milk to serve METHOD 1. Combine oats and water in a pot, cook until boiling and then stir for 2 minutes. 2. Pour into a bowl, add the chopped banana, drizzle with honey, sprinkle cinnamon on top and add milk. Very quick and very easy breakfast! If you have them at the time, crushed walnuts are always a yummy extra.

NOTE: In all my recipes I use lactose free products, but they work just as well with normal dairy products.
