Chocolate Brownies

200g soft unsalted butter 200g dark chocolate 3 eggs 250g caster sugar ½ tablespoon vanilla essence 125g plain flour ½ teaspoon salt 150g white chocolate chips METHOD: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 170 degrees fan forced. 2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over a low heat and let cool for five minutes. 3. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and then beat egg mixture into melted chocolate. 4. Fold in flour and salt and add white chocolate chips. 5. Pour mixture into a lined baking tin and bake for 25 minutes.
