Blueberry Muffins

2 1/2 cups self raising flour 1 cup caster sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 whisked egg 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 300g berries METHOD 1.combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. 2. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the egg, vegetable oil, milk and berries. 3. Mixed until just combined and spoon into a greased muffin tray. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 180 degree preheated oven.
